The Wattage CAP232 built with 3 Hitec HS-55 Servos, Hitec 555 Receiver, Hacker B20 18L motor Geared 4-1, Hacker Master 18amp ESC w/BEC, and 3S2P-1200LiPoly batteries.

This is everything out of the box.  As you can see there is very little left to do before you are in the air.
First I bolted the wing on through the pre cut holes. I made sure the tail parts aligned then glued them in place.

Next I glue the control hinges in place with the supplied CA hinges.

The servos were installed next by simply drilling holes and securing them in place with the screws supplied with the servos.
After the servos are installed I bent wire to the right length and connected them to the control rods.
Attach the landing gear, install the receiver and esc and your done.
Aero-Model sells this nice little mount that bolts to the existing beams.
This is 2 3-cell packs of LiPoly cells taped end to end.  To get the CG right I had to remove the wood under the motor and push the batteries almost all the way forward.
The finished plane ready to fly.
This is a 9mb video of the CAP232 with the Hacker power system and 3S2P-1200 LiPoly's I am averaging over 20 minutes of awesome performance.
