The Great Planes CAP232 equipped with 2 Hitec 225BB and 1 Hitec 85BB servos, Hitec Electron6 Receiver, 2S-730ma ThunderPower receiver battery with 6V regulator, Hacker A50 12L motor, Hacker Master 48 ESC, and a 6S3P-6000ma ThunderPower ProLite Lithium Polymer battery.
Built per the planes but with most of the ply parts replaced with balsa. |
By replacing all ply but 2 formers, fuse doublers and firewall I was able to save over 8oz of wood weight. |
|
The hacker A50 secured to the firewall with a B50 mount. |
